What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care allows you to have direct access to your primary care provider 24/7 via call, text, and email. In addition, unlimited office visits, wholesale prices on prescription medications, lower cost labs, and a whole lot more. We love it, our current patients love it, and we think you'll love it too.
Here's how this works: we don't accept any insurance, and as a result you get better healthcare. For a monthly fee of $50 ($20 for 17 yr old or younger), Direct Primary Care gives you access to your primary care providers 24/7. From your annual check up to urgent care needs to any health related questions. There are no additional costs.

Pay Per Visit: We also offer 'Pay Per Visit', where you will pay $100 per visit for any acute or chronic disease management.
We're a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice. DPC is a unique approach to healthcare and our patients love it. So, how is it different?
Did you know that most Primary Care Providers have between 2,500-3,500 patients? We limit our practice to under 1,000 patients total. That means that your provider spends more time with you when you need him. Plus, when he is not actively seeing a patient, he is able to help coordinate your care and research your treatments.
Grace Health does not bill any insurance so you won’t have a middle-man in your primary care. Decisions about your healthcare will be made by you and your provider without the impersonal management that comes from third-party payers such as insurance companies. Instead, patients pay a monthly membership fee and receive excellent care and have access to provider 24 x 7. Give it a try, and you’ll quickly see for yourself the value of this approach!
Forget scheduling appointments weeks in advance. Typically you'll get a same or next-day appointment - and it'll be covered by your membership fee.
